Indugling Suicide

Indugling Suicide

A Poem by Cristina Frost
"

A poem about a girl who wants to end her lift but people won't let her.

"

She never gave a word or warning

She was too hurt to say

Now she’s indulging herself in an overbearing suicide

She gave up on her life

Tired of those who put her down

Now she’s indulging herself in a rarified suicide

She was tied of the pain and hurt on her soul

She just wanted it all to go away, to find relief

Now she’s indulging herself in a complicated suicide

She needed to find away to escape

She wanted this

She didn’t think she needed to warn

She thought the signs would give her secret away

Now she’s indulging herself in the same old suicide…

Just like before…

I can relate to this writing and it touches me. It's amazing how many writers (artists) struggle with depression. good expression and choice of words in this piece.
