For the people who feel hate inside this is for you..

When the weather is wet,cold and mean...

Being briefly in the sun on that cool day...

Cannot the sun's full embrace replace...

When your just mean...

Astore front smile on an impish face... 

Cannot reliably trace... 

Your commitment to a fairness alighned your grace...

 

When jour just mean... 

The friendliest shakes of your smile... 

Sure to honnor the presence of every man... 

Cannot do remedy gossips gotten out of hand...

When your just mean...

The shiniest sparkel in your eye.. 

Though it's presence the laws nature defy... 

Does not sooth your rough hello or goodbye ...

 

When your just mean... 

Running rough on our dignity...

of people who are diffrent as you see... 

Will not set anyone's consience free... 

From labeling you as mean...

I really like this poem, but I gotta worn you about your grammar and spelling mistakes. People won't find it good, even thought your work is great, if you'll have grammar problems. Believe me it happened to me.
I really like how you underline and pop out words " when your just mean". That gives some kind of smoothness to your poem. It sure has a great message. :)
