A wise person, talk less, listen more.  We must pay attention to the people we love. All of us need  kind words and a friendly face. The world is hard enough already on the people we love.

Be the place of safety, be the open door, when life is hard for the people we love. All of us need a safe place to go when life is hard on us. The people we care for, must know. Open arms and wide open doors for them always. They are never alone.

sound wisdom sir! passed down through he ages ..odd how surprise connections pop up in our lives ... as I was waiting for WC page to open I thought ... this is the safest on-line place that I interact on ... and here you are with encouragement to be that safe place ourselves .. crazy huh!?
love when it is mentioned to me ... is complex .. rather it has complexities that muddle the puddle .. and divine love out of reach for humans to really give ... but kindness!!! now that is another story for me .. i can do kindness .. its easy .. simple .. a smile .. a bit of courtesy .. and like you say .. more than anything .. a listening ear ... now that can be hard ... but doable ;) this is my first read for this morning Coyote Man ... and it is a good one ...
