SYROS LOVE DREAM

SYROS LOVE DREAM

A Poem by Catlen

A woman of the sea

Castaway

Drifted into the arms of

An island of a man

Secluded

A hidden shelter, a Paradise.

Lost

Under the brilliance of sun.

Drowned

In a whirlpool of passion.

Breathless

They lie on the sand.

Trapped

In a haze of time.

Bound

In an eternity of kisses.

'.. Breathless ~ They lie on the sand. ~ Trapped ~ In a haze of time.. '..

Can see a movie scene towards dusk, very soft music.. maybe not the vivid red, more a gentle blue. the occasional sound of birds and the evening tide stroking the beach. Your words are very real, you've channelled the emotions very clearly, very adeptly, Catlen. Smiling as i slide back into my rainy and very ordinary evening!

Thanks for reading
To me one word is just not fitting..."drowned".

The overarching flow and the fluid tones of your thoughts draw the mind well.
