Wanderlust.

Originally written some vague time ago. Wanderlust- consumes me.

Wanderlust-

         consumes me.

The place I am, I’d rather not be.

Elsewhere. Somewhere. Anywhere.

       but here where I am

             [trapped]

       inside myself as well as

the expectations of others.

To go

     somewhere else.

To be

     somewhere else.

I am

     somewhere else

   entirely different from my body.

Breathe here in 

                and

                Breathe here out

until I can finally breathe myself

into

      nothingness.

I love the word usage in this poem. When I read it, I felt sadness yet serenity, calmness. i feel like this poem can have a different meaning to everyone who reads it. Amazingly done!
