Black faux leather, satin lined

Big buckles like stars in my eyes

Tossed aside like yesterday's lust

I could fill you with my life

 

Bouncing at my hip with pride

Your flashy name and cheap design

Took my money, pills and keys

And my emotions for a ride

 

Searching, ripping, can't be true

Does this hole go fully through?

Everything that once was me

Slipping deeper into you

 

Mascara teardrops, satin bruise

Lost all I poured into you

Should've known just what I'd get

In buying something used
