Boundless CanvasA Poem by Cherrie Palmerthe night skyThe river of fire flows free, as the skiers descend, their torches warms the air but
leaves the snow Now forged into a icy
stage like a gem it glows. The nights chill
burns so cold with crystals in the
air. This nocturnal floor seen
at dusk Holds both moon and
stars but see that floor
melt away as we wade into the
depths of night and starry portals open wide till a boundless
canvas is before our eyes. © 2012 Cherrie PalmerReviews
