Quill

Quill

A Poem by Cherrie Palmer

With the tilt of her gaze.

Her glee sparked my eye,

And the motion formed a seed,

That I planted in my mind.

Instead of soil and water

I gather my journal and quill.

Then, formed a sentence,

that I hope your soul will thrill😊

I loved the above lines. Had the feel of the ancient writers in them. Thank you for sharing the outstanding poetry.

Inspiration from observing the inspiration that surrounds us always, if only we look and see what wonders spark our imagination into that auto pilot thing it does, taking over from simplest thought into fully fledged and well rooted plants.
Love the inspiration that is like a jukebox left playing on random. Playing the classics and evolving new tunes in an ever expanding back catalogue 😊
