Morning AwakesA Poem by Cherrie Palmer
Morning's breath,
caresses the trees. While, the shadows of dusk, are caught in between. Pale light wafts, brightening fast, declaring, the mist on the field, will not last. A serape of dreams, cover the breeze, and with the cry of the dove, Morning awakes. © 2021 Cherrie PalmerReviews
