Winter's Birds Return To Spring

Winter's Birds Return To Spring

A Poem by Cherrie Palmer

Translucent skies fade to clear

as winter's birds return to spring

climbing higher as they soar

riding thermals in a west-ward sloop

till each and all fade away.

A sky of blue, says the eye

But look again and see them fly.

The eyes can play tricks on the mind depending on our mood. That was a fun interesting read.
