I'm waiting

I'm waiting

A Poem by Cierra Scott
"

Yeah..

"

I get it.

If it's what you want, tell me.

For now, it seems like there's only secrecy.

How can I trust you anymore?

You've let me down,

finding ways to hide the truth.

But why am I still here?

The anxeity is too much.

I can't eat, I can't sleep.

But why am I continuing on this hurtful journey?

Nothing good can come of it.

I guess I'm just waiting.

I'm waiting for an appology.

I'm waiting for an, "I wont do it again."

I'm waiting for a single sign of hope.

But most of all,

I'm waiting for you to get things straight.

And tell me what you really want to do.

I guess I just can't care anymore.

You tell me one thing,

and do something else.

Fine, do whatever.

I can't care anymore.

You've pushed me that far.

Well?

I'm waiting...
