Easy answer. Trump ordered meat workers back to work. One chicken factory. 100 sick and 14 dead. Big Business control the USA. I am a night manager at a Pharmacy. Ford, G.M and Chryler workers forced back to work. I see them in the night and many had died and are sick. I fear phrase two of the coronaviras will be deadly. My grandchildren are not going to school, Home school with grandpa if necessary. Government want to forced the schools to open. Dear Corset. I pray for better days.

I as well, I actually never stopped working and for that I am so grateful, so many out of work right now. So many of my residents not going back to work cause the unemployment is more than they were making. I do not fear it, I try not to give it any energy at all. I wear my mask when someone comes in, I sanitize to door handles, I feel blessed to not have even met one person who has gotten it, met lots who thought they had it and self quarantined, lol. If America can't work, America won't survive this.

I agree. We must work and be safe dear Corset. Not 500 people in a bar. Here in Michigan. Half seating in the restaurants and the parks are open. USA will survive. I don't feel I'm missing out on much with the Bar closings, I never go to bars and rarely to restaurants, I don't like crowds, I would be a hermit if i didn't go to work lol, and I'd be fine with that too lol as long as I have family, friends, internet, books, and music and not necessarily in that order :P

Spot on, millions upon millions of people are small investors. They all just lost their money to the big corporations. If you can man make a virus, this is the one to get rid of a generation in an instance.
The times they are a changing, it's just that we're not the ones changing it.

I shutter to think, but humans are resilient, the will to live in any conditions is strong in the majority, in any condition and it often makes one stronger if they survive it right? we can only watch and see how this all plays out.

perhaps the greatest conspiracy theory is that God created the universe? Entire cultures and countless books have been dedicated to trying to confirm this truth but if you are the "faithful" no confirmation is necessary. Creationism conflicts with the natural laws of evolution , ecology and genetics. But with that said, can we be so simple as to explain away science because of happenstance like they did in the times of Newton/? Covid 19 also seems to affect Black people at almost 3 times the rate of other cultures...And I have yet to get a plausible explanation as to why this is so. Morpheus, the son of sleep, appears in our dreams in human form. Years ago people who didn't dream were considered insane. Most black people are insane. America is too big for dreams. My humble home with the leaky toilet would be considered a mansion in China or in most of the un-developed world. There's too much greed and too little humility. People are too fat. Our cars are too big and loud. Our singers are poor singers. Our cobblers can't fix the heels on our shoes. Our Televisions are disposable. Our cars rarely go over 100,000 miles. Sit down restaurants have closed, while McDonalds is doing a booming 24 hour business. I am not the one who says that this was foretold. It wasn't.
