My dark thoughts.

Death's Bliss
How much I wish
That I didn't exist
I want to slit my wrist
And let the blood drip
As I slip into the abyss
Will I be missed?
As I reach the final exit
If I was dead
I wonder what's after this
I wish I was never alive
Do you know how badly I want to die
Unfortunately I'm still alive
But I don't have the strength
To kill myself
I wish I was burning in hell
Thats where I want to dwell
Let the flames set me free
And burn my soul
It has gotten cold
From this brutal dark world
No one understands
How I want my life to end
All I know is pain
All I feel is pain
I will never be sane again
My memories are clouded with fear
The end is coming near
Let's make this clear
I don't want to be here
I feel death closing in
This makes me feel peace within
Finally I win
As I rest in Death's wings

Damn...I really like this, and I'm sure many people can relate to it. I'm sorry that you felt this way. In high school i often wished more than anything to be dead, and going through each day with these types of emotions is really tough. One of the worst feelings is living while craving death. Your poem described this feeling brilliantly. Thank you for this read request.

Woah, this is a much heavier piece than your others, which is nice for a change of pace even though your humorous ones are always enjoyable. A lot of raw emotive images.

A sickly feeling of depression rings throughout this piece, a dark cloud of gloom and suffering is almost sensed while reading. Such an emotive piece, you descripe such dark suffering with a very tangible accuracy.
Almost as if you could see the suffering of the protagonist like an entity itself. Brilliant work.
