The reason I smile when I wake up

The reason I won't give up

We have come too far for me to let you go

I don't care, I let it show

I love you more than words can express

Maybe sometimes to excess

To me it makes me believe that no matter what

That the doors of life and love won't ever shut (on us)

You've shown me how much I can be

The only one who made me see

There is more to life than heartbreak and pain

That by living I have so much to gain

I know that one day I will be your wife

No matter what, in times of good or times of strife

I won't give up, not again

Now it's time for things to begin

We can't look back on the past

If we do, only to learn, not to dwell, this love will last

I can't express all of my reasons, it'd take too long

Correct me if you think i'm wrong

The reason i'm happy
