They still want to hurt
Even with all the love and care
They still hate you
What else do you do
Mind your business and move

We always want to win
Even when it seems we’re losing
They still fight us
What else should we do
Play stronger and win

You should never give up
Even if it seems shaded and blind
They still block you
What else do you do
Work better and strive

It touches me in this sense. I think of those feelings of betrayal we experience. Our self-esteem drops and we lose faith in ourselves to succeed. Those feelings always try to beat us down, but we can beat them back. And we must.
