It began at an art session for children during the lockdown

"Paint a happy picture, some thing to make people happy and cheerful"

As they began to paint a few were drawing multi coloured ribbons and rainbows

"Why are you drawing rainbows?

"Over the rainbow is blue sky's where birds sing and people are happy, we want people to be happy"

The rainbows were painted the tutor said to take them home and put them in their window to show that happy children were living there and make people who passed happy

People asked where they got the rainbow and what it was for

"Can you make one for me?

The Rainbow was accepted as a symbol of love for all the workers who are keeping our communities going in difficult times

A symbol of hope for the future

From our children out future

Somewhere over the rainbow

Sky's are blue

Birds sing over the rainbow

Why then

OH!

Why can't I?

The rainbow; came from an art class, on the TV
Draw paint something happy

Rain bows were drawn across the country by the children and passed along to (the ides was lonely people) to friends and neighbours > everybody had at least one.

I love rainbows they are so beautiful, I still haven't seen the end of a rainbow to see is there is a pot of gold at the end of it. Awesome write

We went to Iceland in our camper van
On one site we were camping at the foot of the rainbow _ In a sort of 'closed end' valley - well not a valley - it was too short
It was an Erie all-round yellow light
No pot of gold > no even an empty pot > except for our coffee mugs

We were gifted a rainbow picture during the lockdown and displayed it in the front bay window, I’d forgotten all about it, lovely. Rainbows really do lift the spirit.
