600 union

A Poem by DUALFISH320

sometimes i miss it

miss the broke down stairs that gave me a scar

miss the cold a*s drafty windows

miss our little porch that welcomed the morning

miss the random art all over the place

miss the scarey a*s attic where the punching bag was

miss the smell of coffee that lingered all day long in the air

miss the 11pm workouts with nina and jessica while nicole tried to watch ( uh no!!! this is not a spectator sport )

miss the random excuses for parties

miss poetry night and ciphers in the living room

miss sam cooke saturday mornings

miss the freedom i finally got from being what i wasnt

miss coming home to anna and erica dressed in all black and sneakers, asking if i was ready to roll

miss baking cookies for the group

miss fall days and art projects with the kids

miss living with the best friend a girl can have/my other twin

i miss 600 union
