Hallway of Doors (Poem)

Hallway of Doors (Poem)

A Poem by Damien Davison
"

I've realized my potential, but there are so many paths to take...

"
Out of this battered door at the start of the hall
The way is stocked full of infinite possibilities
Each door to either side unique

One charred black, smoldering and smoking
Others just cracked, intact and holding

Your footsteps are not the only sounds filling this hallway
Behind these closed doors noises range from screams of agony and terror
To the most beautiful of music

Each door handle unique, but the outcome the same
You turn then you push and witness life change

Very Welcome.
Oh wow, the imagery in this is great. Really deep & thought-provoking about choices one can make.. neither door sounds appealing.. But, I guess we need to choose!
