Snow Apple

Snow Apple

A Poem by dangerbooze
"

It somehow relates to work.

"

The Desk

If you can call it that

Is cluttered

Messy

Papers thrown about

Glasses left behind

The Floor

A sea of tan

And colored boxes

The colors blending and twisting

Pavement of white

Soft as fresh snowfall

Run round the room

Laughter trailing off

To hide behind a pillar

A pillar shielding color

Purples and blues

Reds, yellows, and greens

Peering over the edge

Curious snapdragons

Lights dim as dusk

Flickering and fading

Casting shadows on the walls

Greeting with a smile

Eyes alight with knowledge

Ask an innocent question

Don't be afraid

I won't bite

I'll do my best not to fail you

I'm happy to help

Laugh with me a little

I'll find you what you need.

About
I'm a lazy writer. I write what I feel when I feel like it. But to be more specific, I have a constant case of writer's block about pretty much every thought that I can think of or even consider. .. more..
