Crazy dreams

Crazy dreams

A Poem by Daniel Dawes
"

Thoughts and their madness

"

Devil to my left,

Angel to my right,

Both parts of myself,

Fighting an invisible battle,

For control of a soul,

I watch them in my mind,

One thought for one,

Followed by the voice of the other,

Which one to choose,

Do I need to pick,

Maybe I'm neither,

I begin to watch their battle,

I sit in innocence,

As a soul,

Watching the madness,

Crazy dreams.
