Me, You, and Him

Me, You, and Him

A Poem by Danielle
"

A poem

"

It started with a formal greeting,

Turned into a romantic meeting.

You told me it was fun and games,

Nothing more, that it'd be the same.

Next thing we knew he was knocking on our door,

Yelling for you: wanting more.

We opened the door, seeing him there,

Standing in the rain, soaking wet hair.

He shoved us past, and walked right in.

He told us to shut up, he'd always win.

He took out a gun and pointed it at you

The gun fired,

and I didn't know what to do.

Short sweet and to the point. Kind of a scary poem.

As I was reading this I was listening to Bohemian Rhapsody by Queen. I was at the part where he got the gun out in your poem and in the song it said "just killed a man". It's a very nice poem by the way. Keep up the good work Danielle.
