Whispy Spiders

The struggling legs
Of the unsuspecting fly
Make the silver strings
Shudder in it's wake

The spasms grew quicker
As the figure approached
And cocooned it's body
In the steel threads

It was cut free
But trapped
And was soon
Killed

This had really good imagery, I could clearly picture all of this happening in my head. The ending was...dark, kinda sad, :P but this is a really good poem. It was a bit odd...creepy may be a better word, but that was the beauty of it :)
