My Love Letter To BTS

Happy 6 year anniversary, BTS

I found out about BTS at the start of 2018. It's been a year now since I've become ARMY. To say that I love them is such an understatement.

BTS has changed my life.

I always suffered from self esteem issues. I felt like I had a lot of shortcomings and it wasn't easy to always love myself.When I found them and listened to their music, something in me changed. Whether it was the uplifting and eerily relatable lyrics or the amazing, jovial personalities of these seven men, I found accepting myself for who I was and who I am more easily.

I HATED dancing in public because I'm a terrible dancer and I was very conscious of what other people would think of me. My friends were always frustrated (or should I say trustfated sksksk) that I would never dance with them during parties.

Now here I am dancing and singing (read: screaming) to my heart's content in front of strangers in the public. Doing flash mobs and talking to unknown people who have now become my fast friends. I can't say ALL my problems and issues have been solved because of BTS but they truly have reduced my worries a lot and have made me really happy for the past year. Whenever I feel down, they have reminded me to hold my head up high and be happy. Whether it's the love they give me or whether it is how they put their entire soul in doing what they love, I am truly in awe of them and love them with every fiber of my being. Through BTS I have not only found amazing songs and amazingly passionate men, I found this amazing family called ARMY, who are one of the most caring and passionate people I've met. The bond between BTS and ARMY is unbreakable and we truly are bulletproof.

I may not have been here since the beginning, but i surely be here till the end.

Thank you BTS for giving me wings to fly. And I promise you that our flight will be forever.

ahh..this is a little different from what i usually write...since BTS has reached their six year anniversary today, i really wanted to dedicate something to them and this is the best i could do. of course i had a lot more to say but it would take seven lifetimes to properly explain why i love them so much so i decided to keep it short. i'm sorry many of you guys may find this boring esp if you don't know about BTS... but i really wanted to publish this here.
a/n; BTS stands for Bangtan Sonyeondan which translates to Bulletproof Boyscouts. They are a seven member boy group from South Korea. Their fanbase is known as the ARMY.

I know this feeling, the feeling of a band or a singer making everything so much better in a way it seems no one would understand. Beautifully written, I can feel the love you have for BTS and I'm so glad you've found a home and safe place in the fandom and the band. I've been planning to write my own letter to my favorite band and singer, and this inspired me to start working on it! I love the way you wrote this and the obvious dedication and love for BTS. Even as someone who doesn't listen to their music, I feel the deep love and passion they have for their music and their fans have. Keep loving what you love unapologetically!
