Making Love

Making Love

Its dark in the house when I walk in

I see the lights in the bedroom have been set to dim

I open the bedroom door and slowly walk in

The scent of vanilla candles fills the small space

You are lying on the bed

Wearing what can only be described as heavenly red black lace

What starts as a single kiss

Turns into a blur of lips gasping for air

And hands exploring bodies and grabbing hair

Wine glasses lay smashed on the floor

Kisses become savage

As greedy tongues explore

Both now hungry for more

I watch you as you take hold bra clasps with longing and anticipation

As you slowly pull them apart

But I grab your hands and kiss them gently

No my love, the only part of you I’m touching tonight is your heart

Beautiful. But I want to know why. I want to know why you stop yourself. Just a hint, I think, would be effective. Are you concerned with purity of the moment, of the relationship, of your intentions? Or is it negative? Is this a woman you desire but won't allow yourself to have for one reason or another? I do understand the honor of abstaining to focus on the more meaningful aspect of a relationship, is that it? Or do you want us to wonder? :)

Ah!

Gosh, I sort of resent myself for saying this, but I have to.
This is the sweetest thing I have ever read.

I won't gross you out by citing the parts that cater specifically to my "tastes" cuz there are two or three things in here that do just that, so the biggest compliment I can offer is that I wish I wrote this myself...gorgeous work.

Normally, I'd just pass the piece by and pretend not to have read it, only for that one more view record. But no, normally, I don't see this piece and get this intrigued. I love it, my heart is that only part of me you'll touch tonight. Beautiful thought!

A beautiful poem of love. Good when we slow down and enjoy the moment. Rushing and going too fast leave a lot not touched or felt. I like the complete poem. A perfect ending to the outstanding poem.

I like, I know most would go the obvious way but I like to be the different guy, heart first, the rest can come in due course.

Ugh! The hopeless romantic that you are! Can you just let it pass and let the small piece slip down the floor? Lol, am kidding.. But for real, I was real hooked with anticipation but in the end.. in the end.. it was frustrating but that's how you wanted it to be. Your descriptive nature was just awesome it conveys emotion. Beautiful.

lol, nice ploy! You're very welcome:)

A beautiful portrayal of making love indeed ......
i was sent somewhere while reading the whole
atmosphere described in the love making ...... so tender
and lovely only a gentleman can say "No my love, the only part of you I’m touching tonight is your heart".....................
