Death

Death

A Chapter by Rev. Fr, S. D. Blankenship DDiv., PhD., MA.

See I told you no one would miss me, but you didn't

Understand. When I died I saw you you did not cry, though

I told you to miss me, you never did. I took the pill and waited

Changing, trying to heal. I never did. You knew I loved you, for

I told you everyday. Now I burn in hell for you to live so well.

Did you even care about me at all, you never came to stop me

Everyone, but you saw me fall.

Deep and haunting but realistic feelings. It's like wanting to be a fly on the wall to see the repurcussions. Even though you may feel this person may not mourn, in time, it smacks one in the face. Great expression and your emotions made me almost tear up.

a lost and lonely poem. As if even after death would we still yearn for someone - anyone to care and yet still be spurned.
For its paucity it packs a punch dear friend. Well done.

Wow. To keep on topic, to add such impact to your words, and still form the letters at the beginning....just wow! It's not easily done. Very well written. I don't even know what else to say except to simply offer you praise on a job well done.

"I told you to miss me, you never did." I don't know why, but something about this line is just thought provoking. I have always wondered if the people who say they would miss you really would or if they would go on with their lives not caring. Overall, very good. Chilling, but good.
