I Rest in Peace

I Rest in Peace

A Poem by Satoshi IroTzu

One day I will die too,
and will you hear the bells ringing?
Will you be dressed up in black,
and cry out your pain when choir starts singing?
Who will remember me?
Who`s smile will turn into a frown then back to smile
while holding back the tears as they hear the sound of my name?
Who`ll tell stories about us to them?
Or I will just fade away as my soulfully written poems -- sweet while it lasted but now forgotten in a casket.
When I die ... what then?
This is a maze of agony for a wondering soul that passes on coming back.
Who will care in the end at the last ring of the bell?
But this I can tell.
Soul of mine was only mine ...
I guarded it well!
