Loafing

Loafing

A Poem by Dave Brown
"

how its done

"

The Lilies loafed lazily

In the noonday sun

The Poppies peeked pleasantly,

Each and every one

The Cosmos colored casually

From their heads down to their toes

All these little pleasantries

Is how the garden glows

The meter in this is spot on. Fantastic poem.
It's delightfully charming.

I don't know, just a silly buzzword we use to make ourselves appear poetically smart
and all of the alliteration that blossomed in this poem helps make it feel so serene.
