A Chapter by Dave Brown

There’s a beehive near where lover’s spoon

There is a beehive neath the silvery moon

Where lover’s go to take a chance on romance

But they don’t give that beehive a glance

They lay in long grass by the soft stream

Wrapped together in a romantic dream

While above them, the stars seem alive

Above the quiet of that sleeping beehive

When the lovers are gone and stars fade away

The waking bee’s start their busy work day

The drones start droning, the queen rules

None thinking of those star shinning jewels

EEEEEEEKKKK. Ouch! I've had something similar happen to my hooha, but it was due to a red anthill I stepped on. Nice job
