The fir tree couldn’t hold back

As he yanked it up by the roots

To scratch his itchy back

Then ate it in one gulp

Like a Fir scented Tic-Tac

I wish I'd read this before I did my Sasquatch poem. The sky-high imagination here . . . scratching his back & then a fir-scented tic-tac! That's a ton of cleverness in one brief poem! Such a poem makes me feel so mundane & lowly in my weak imaginative efforts! (((HUGS))) Fondly, Margie

Although basically quite a pleasant fellow, especially from the female sasquatch point of view, what with being a real hunk and all that, he is hard on trees
