Destruction

Destruction

A Poem by Hide From God

Breathing heavy
Fading in and out
The pain, the pain
Its unbearable
Coughing up blood
Splattering the floor
Its not as fun as it seems

Blood mixed with sweat
What a natural combination
Bloody handprints
All over the walls
Trying to stand
And make it out
To see the light
One last time

Hands covering the wound
Trying to stop
The never ending bleeding
Permantly staining everything
Falling, sliding down
No strength left
Just letting the blood run
Knowing the time has come
To let it go and
Be at peace

The never ending bleeding
Permanently staining everything

nice write, although i did see one spelling mistake, but that doesn't matter.
i love the imagery, blood everywhere... spewing up blood, you can almost smell/taste the blood by the end of this poem
