Falling in love and being hurt

I fell for you 

I fell for that sparkling smile 

I fell for those dark dreamy eyes

I fell for your witty comments 

I fell for the way you called me beautiful the way no one else did

I fell for the way you made me forget about my depression 

I fell so hard I couldn't get up.

but then you knocked me down more

you told me I was seeking for attention through my depression 

you told me I need to get my act together 

you told me you don't want me or this.

so I fell.

I fell down harder than ever

I fell and got hurt 

I fell into a  deeper depression 

I fell on the floor crying and begging for help.

as I fell you watched me, not thinking twice about helping me up 

I fell and I don't know how to get back up.
