Spider's Breath

Spider's Breath

A Poem by Demyra
"

A moment of honesty?

"
I'm such a mess in this ornamental decorum,
So I regress to the most polysyllabic forum,
using the bold broad strength of root words,
to convey an intricate articulation of uninspired nothing.

in this design, we can fret a little less,
in this manner, we can breathe a little more.

If I'm all tangled in this adhesive tapestry,
Then I'll be wrangled here in this registry,
Feeling the bold broad strength of lost words,
conveying an intricate articulation of uninspired nothing.

In this design, we can fret a little less,
in this manner, we can breathe a little more.

Most of anything I write nowadays is a 4 AM ramble. They're thought out-just I'm not in my best mind.

It may have been a ramble, but it's an inspired ramble. It perfectly captures that run-on, tumble-thought, "I'm so bloody brilliant, I blinding!" sense we have at four in the morning.

I really enjoyed your word choice and structure. And for a 4am ramble piece, it sure turned out wonderful.
