As I considered all the hurt and pain

All the betrayal and deceit

That you have had to experience

On this journey often called life

And then reality stopped by

And demanded that I seek the truth

No matter how hard she may hide

In compliance

I told potential it was nap time

I see the murky film through which you view the world

I sed the bitterness that outlined on you lips

I see the handmade mirage created for the world to see as you

I see the complacency sewed into your thoughts

I see the closed mindedness surrounding your perception

I see the truth in your lies

I see the bile entrapped in your heartsx

I see the misery that longs for company

I see the shackled being fitted for my leg

Thankfully, I have time to break free....
