A Heap of Broken Images

There are so many stories out there just waiting to be told...

A heap of broken images

Scattered in the dust

Lost amid a worldly haze

A jumble of diamonds and rust.

 

Within each lost and shattered piece

An untold story lies

From within each and every one

An unheard chronicle cries.

 

Who will heed their lonesome call?

Who will tell these tales-

These pieces of a cosmic puzzle

Waiting to be unveiled?

 

A heap of broken images

Lying scattered on the ground

A story set within each one

Waiting to be found.

Just a quick little poem I threw together. Hope you enjoy. Nothing special, I know.
