This heart

Doesn't want to love but

It doesn't forget you.

These eyes

Don't want to see but

You are my world.

These ears 

Don't want to hear but

Your voice is a melody.

Kinda difficult to translate japanese since some stuff are quite untranslatable, 君 means "you" but it has to be considered a familiar way of saying it. The use of this word implies you have some feelings towards that "you".

Just an attempt to write in Japanese, hope I didn't make too many mistakes, feel free to correct. That's how she makes me feel :(
