One Man

Its amazing what one man can conquer.

When filled with dedication and honor

courage and faith, deliverance and hope

When meditation is the mechanism to cope

Because medication lead to lack of communication

Broken mental

But One Man stayed official

Emotionally scarred and pysically beat

I understand that food is the nourishment

So eat good meat

Take care of my temple

Keep it simple

Stand out like dimples

And pimples

Be ready to resist

Because life will temp you

Well aware of it so I get a head start

Know my role so i play my part

To bring others closer, not apart

Revealing the goodness from my heart

Use my brain and play it smart

One Man and Woman

As least it sounds good

Now we see Woman and Woman

Man on Man

Is it really the plan

Diffrent perceptions, diffrent ways to understand

So no blames or finger pointing 

More joint and joining

Less moping and mourning

A positive attitude starts in the morning

So I lean on the highest for strength and ability because

I'm only One Man.
