Phantom Mirrors

Phantom Mirrors

A Poem by DrSprinkz73

It's amazing how unbeautiful a demon looks with out a halo
I could have lived in false perception and let it all go...

To you

How dare you strip me of all the bliss and unbinding stupidity

Wherein each day I bathed in the deepness of your serenity

I asked not for swift justice but for the blindfold

In its place I was given slow torture uncontrolled

Cold and cruel your motivation

My heart burned from the outside in

Your false kiss was what kept me alive

Damned by the desire to survive

Who ever the motivation is for this, Thank you. I dont see anger, for the most part I see confusion and pain. MWAH! awesome use of comparisons!
