One Million More Broken People.

One Million More Broken People.

A Poem by Perri
"

I was 15 when I wrote this according to the date...just found it =) And yeah, I was pretty angry at the world at the time...! I wanted to publish it just so I didn't lose it really.

"

I'm really not a psychopath

But of course they treat me so.

What did I do to hurt you all?

Well I will never know.

You breed the seeds of ignorance,

They quickly turn to hate.

One million more hopeful hearts

We train you now to break.

And if you choose to live this way

How do you sleep at night?

When all your fickle selfish actions

Make others cease to fight?

They hurt and scream, tear and cry

And all because you said

'Those Things' that you said.

If you all drowned in your own blood,

That fate would be too good.

So live and damage all our souls

The innocent and good.

It's okay because I have Satan now

That God has been so rude.

He left me far behind you see,

So many years ago.

But I'm accustomed now to live this way,

Few friends and many foes.

Dark and telling. You must have been REALLY pissed at the world, like you said.
