My Demise.

My Demise.

A Poem by Jenna Marie

Lying in bed,

Eyes wide open.

Terrified to close them,

When I do nothing good comes of it.

Surrounded by darkness,

It only enduces my nightmares.

Even the brightest of lights,

Cannot save me.

My nightmares cause only despair.

Each night it occurs,

Chills spill down my body.

My eyes grow weary,

Then they close.

Now my nightmare begins,
and causes my demise.
