A Poem by A.L.

Little moments.

Precious to me.

All a blur.

It’s all I see.

Distractions.

Distractions.

They’re pleasing.

Pretty.

But then they creep back in.

Daunting.

Deceiving.

Sometimes I think my entire life has been a distraction...
and I have never actually been where I was at the time.

Very nice flow of words and thoughts. I did like the flow of thoughts leading to the proper ending. Hello A.L. from Michigan and thank you for sharing your amazing poetry.

Every moment in this life is precious, and should be precious
and sometimes the blur of confusion distracts us from what is ...
Your poem conveys so much on so many levels.

Bravo!

Few are prepared to be the person they forsee... themselves to be. I don't no longer know where their training failed as the world moved on from when I began and My times were hurt-full and fear-full as well. Alone in a crowd was never the plan but standing strong on your own feet was the way we NEEDED to be. The World awaited us and the "promise" enwrapped our souls.
