Not sure who this was directed toward, but I am guilty as charged! I deleted a great deal of my writing from WC. However, I still retain it. Sometimes we need to remove what means so much to us so as to not be consumed and unable to move forward.

Your poems captures the sentiment that our writings touch others, their comments and reviews shall be valued. I know in my own case, I appreciate everyone's time to stop in and read, even more so to leave a thoughtful reply. Some thoughts however, lingering on through our writings, need to be set aside so we can find a way to move forward through a difficult time.

No, I did not have you in mind when I wrote Poof. As I re-read it I
doubt I had anything in mind.

this is a valuable piece of information, woe unto those who do not understand what they are seeing. on the surface it looks harmless enough but....but let me clarify, if i am mistaken you may call me out on this but...i get the distinct impression this speaks to the gentle fact that so much on this site is vulnerable because of its presence. some writes, largely ignored, become redundant and miniscule to the writer until they are deleted form sheer frustration, others, somewhat more noticed (for whatever reason) also become redundant while the onlookers all give the same cursory examination and blow you off with rhetoric. these are my experiences and my impressions. this is a solid write!
