Choices [working title]

Choices [working title]

A Poem by Alicia Santos

Two pm and I'm here again
Wasted on another afternoon
Sit and stare without a care
Spins some way too soon
These days everything blends together
Avoiding reality has gone on forever
Show me the trantric rainbow sky
All of the breath taking colors fluttering by
Go on without me if you can handle what is real
But I'll be here waiting
Silently fading
Because I'm not ready to heal

The warm cocoon of a high from ones DOC. It doesn't have to be chemical. Mine's sins of the flesh. This is a good poem and gets the author's message into the readers brain right on target. Good Job Alica.
