Save Me

Being caught up in an abusive relationship.

So many guys so many times 

So many tears that I have cried

My broken stepped on and shattered heart

Has never been more torn apart

Never seen so many pieces on the floor

Before this one guy walked through the door

Its over i say Im leaving today

No longer will i stay yet i cant turn away

I continue to let him break me down

Control manipulate and push me around

When will i get the courage to say no

When will he stop and just let me go

Is it true those stories i read as a girl

That a prince will one day come rescue my world

If its so please let me know

Please save my heart and my dying soul

gosh, this poem is so deep and sad, being in an abusive relationship is a horrible thing to go through, its good to put your pain into writing, amazing write.
