Haiku III

Haiku III

A Poem by El Suplexo
"

I told you I love these things.

"

For just a second

I see your face looking back

grief takes its hold tight

I like this! Haikus are pretty much impossible for me to write, because my poems are so long & rambling that it'd be impossible for me to say all I need to in just three lines! XD I definitely think it's a talent & you possess it! I'm not sure if this was a continuation to a story, or if it's standing alone, but it works alone. Just a scene from someone's life, but it contains so much emotion. Great job! o=

Simple words that say so much. Lovely Haiku. Just a little typo of you to "your", otherwise marvelous haiku.
