you were the one whos suppose to be here

you were the one whos pain was to much to bear

i stood there and watched you walk away

never knowing that,that was our last day

on the day you died

there were many tears i cried

but theres also so much pain

you let the drugs take over

o the power they had to gain

i watched you fall apart

and it broke my heart

then my dad kept me away

and all these things i couldint say

your not here to see how much ive grown

i was so young mommy why did you leave

but now your not there
