I can sense you around me

the protective and warmth feeling Im use to

 

On the darkest of nights Im never alone

my deepest fears is gone

 

back into sleepland I lay my head

thinking of the protection you have given me

 

not noticing that I notice you here

you always protected me so near

 

I smile at your attempts and the sheild that you given me

you were always there to save the day

 

only I wish that you would let me be my own hero

you were here again, only to be left alone

 

I couldn't see you at all my own personal angel

but I could sense you all around me

 

Protecting me from accidents that are sure to kill me

hating that I didn't know your indenity

 

I looked up in the sky, at your freedom

This was a very sweet piece.. I liked the emotions and imagery. However, I would run this through spellcheck and doublecheck the grammar.. I had to reread several things to understand what you meant.
Otherwise, nice write.
