Love

Just a simple poem about love and my out look on it. Hope you enjoy.

I think I'm quite sure

I have found the reason

Why every one in this sphere

Wants love

 

They want it to feel wanted

To feel that flutter of the heart when you see their face

Hear their voice

Hold their hand

 

They want it to ease any pain

Which love can do

To know that they always have arms open

Ready to smother them when they need a hug

 

They want it to have a purpose

To want to stay just for that person

Knowing that if either of you left

Both hearts would shatter

 

But mostly

People are in love

With the idea of love

To feel wanted and safe

 

But is it wrong to want to be loved?

I think not

To want to feel love is natural

And every one should experience it

 

At least once in their life

They need to experience it
