I looked out to the stars and saw control

 I reached to the source and found nothing 

If everything we do is dictated by choice

 then why to do we make amends for the abolishment of logic (theory)

if anything we do is consumed by fate

 then why is there a question at all

All good questions and philosophers have been trying to answer them or find the balance between logic ( choice with or without wisdom ) or fate ( with or without God's intervention )
