The Pale Mountain

The Pale Mountain

A Poem by Ezekiel Silver

"

The sun begins to rise above the bleak horizon,

            standing over the blinding night.

Seen in the cold dawn of the young morning,

lies a grand and sky-vast mound of rock.

Pale in the light of numerous pretty hues,

like a rainbow of faded paint.

In the pale brown and pale yellow,

and the paleness of the pale blue.

Blending together to create nature's dawn,

for this rubble is the sun's canvas.

Bearing the beauty of this subtle wonder,

such a magnificent mountain of majesty.

Love your poem.
It has depicted the beauty of nature wonderfully.
My favorite lines are:
"Bearing the beauty of this subtle wonder,

such a magnificent mountain of majesty.

You may take care of the second stanza.

Hey, Ezekiel, You painted a vivid and beautiful picture, quite majestic. I would warn, watch your use of repetitive words in such close proximity and in a short stanza, other than that, this read very well.
