Remain
Forever and the
Same-
Take what
You need
This is my hearts
Plea-

Your hearts that
Bleed
There is no need-
Why do you keep
So much built up
And hidden
Inside-
How many nights
Have you cried-

I tried to teach you
But
The lies
Deceive you-

My wish for
You-
Is pure and true
Blessings in amongst
Lessons
Of testing and trials
Taking you across
Many miles-
It’s worth your
Smile-

Be good to your
Heart
Separate signs
From the mind-
There can only
Be
One kind-
Remember
It’s a choice

Listen to the voice

When the time has
Come
Don’t turn and run-
Reach for the
Sun-

A new day has begun.

Kelly,

I like short sharp lines and they give that tumbling down feeling to the read, which works so well, especially when the theme is one of going downhill and needing to catch oneself and greet the brand new day, as a new start..a way to stop the tumbling down...we can only be there for people, can't fix them...they need their own hope to kick in.
